430 Stainless Steel Sheet is a commonly used ferritic stainless steel sheet with good corrosion resistance
Compared with austenitic stainless steel, 430 steel has better thermal conductivity and thermal expansion coefficient. As a common ferritic stainless steel sheet, 430 stainless steel sheet has unique physical and chemical properties
430 stainless steel sheet also has good processability and weldability, and can be connected and formed by conventional processing and welding methods
430 stainless steel sheet is widely used in the production of various household appliances, building materials, fuel burner parts and chemical equipment, etc.
Chemical composition and mechanical properties of 430 stainless steel sheet
The chemical composition of 430 stainless steel sheet mainly includes carbon, silicon, manganese, phosphorus, sulfur, nickel and chromium. Among them, the chromium content is 16%-18%, and the higher chromium content ensures the corrosion resistance of 430 stainless steel.

Surface treatment state of 430 stainless steel sheet
Surface processing states of 430 stainless steel sheet include 2D, 2B, NO.4, HL, BA, mirror and various other surface treatment states
The surface of 2D state is slightly glossy silver-white hot-rolled state, and can be processed by annealing, shot peening, pickling, cold rolling and other processing processes.
The surface of 2B state is silver-white and has better gloss and flatness than 2D surface. The processing processes include hot rolling, annealing, shot peening, pickling, cold rolling and other methods.
The surface of NO.3 state has better gloss and is suitable for 2D or 2B stainless steel products. Polishing and tempering rolling with abrasive materials can form coarse grains.
The surface of NO.4 state has better gloss and is suitable for 2D or 2B stainless steel products. Polishing and tempering rolling with abrasive materials can form fine grains.
The surface of HL state is silver-gray and has hairline stripes. Polishing 2D or 2B products with abrasive materials of appropriate particle size can make the surface have continuous grinding grains.
